Prospect Match Ads
Privacy
Draft for counsel to review. The effective date, the legal entity and the contact details are to be completed before this notice is relied on.
This notice explains what Prospect Match Ads, a Prospect Match product, collects on this website and in the service, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain words.
This website
Like most websites, this one records visits: the pages viewed, the device and browser, and roughly where the visit came from. It also runs ProspectPoint, our own visitor-identification service, which may recognise a business visitor and tell us who visited. We use this to understand who is interested in the service and to follow up with them. It may set cookies in your browser.
When you sign up
You sign up and sign in through your Prospect Match account, which holds your name, contact details and billing. Prospect Match's own privacy notice covers that account.
When you use the service
To run your campaigns we keep what you give us in Setup (your portrait, licence and disclosure lines, service area and colours), the pages and ads you make, and, when you connect Facebook, the identifiers of your Page and ad account and an access token, stored encrypted. Facebook keeps your payment card; we never see it.
The people who answer your ads are your prospects. We process their details on your behalf: we keep each lead for your campaign screen, send it to your Prospect Match and text it to you. We do not sell their details, or yours.
Who else sees it
Service providers who host and run the service for us, and Meta, for the campaigns you choose to run on Facebook and Instagram. Each may use the data only to provide that service.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, and you can disconnect Facebook at any time from the service.
